He was born and raised in Ukraine and moved to the United States at the age of 18, knowing only three words in English: “Hi,” “Bye,” and “Chicken.” Despite the language barrier and starting from scratch, he immediately committed himself to building a better future through education and hard work.

Because he was no longer eligible for traditional high school, Andrey enrolled in both Fresno Adult School and Clovis Adult School simultaneously. Within a year, he advanced into college and began attending Fresno City College, where he earned an Associate Degree in Business Administration in 2005.

Shortly after, he married his wife, Angie, and entered the workforce. He began his professional career at Pelco, where he spent 10 years developing a strong foundation in business operations, finance, and analytics.

During his time at Pelco, Andrey continued his education at Fresno Pacific University, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. His career progression at Pelco reflects both his work ethic and adaptability:
